Created and implemented all Artemis applications for this turnkey project to build a complete military city, including utilities. Applications included critical path networks (up to 20,000 activities), resource scheduling by trade, material procurement schedules, drawing register, payroll, project accounts, personnel records, task lists and cash flow forecasts.
