Planning and Scheduling Section Leader, ITER, ITER International Fusion Reactor Project

-        Day to day management and leadership of the Scheduling Section within the Project Office;

-        Oversight of the overall planning and scheduling for the ITER project;

-        Chairman of P&S Working Group;

-        Chairman of IPS Working Group;

-        Supervision of the ITER Scheduling Section;

-        Led the development, maintenance and reporting of the Integrated Project Schedule;

-        Led the development, maintenance and reporting of the Detailed Work Breakdown Structure

-        (WBS) Schedules;

-        Led the development of a coordinated planning system between the ITER Organization (IO) and the Domestic Agencies (DA);

-        Participated fully in the development of planning and scheduling and project control systems and procedures;

-        Prepare and present routine and ad-hoc progress reports for submission to ITER and Domestic Agency Management;

-        Management of consultancy contracts in support of the ITER planning & scheduling function;
