Other responsibilities included production of detailed, cost loaded, procurement programmes, programmes to track the progress on processes, such as the achievement of Venue Hire Agreements, production of detailed spreadsheet tracking systems. Production of detailed programmes for the fit out and commissioning of venues for Games usage.
