Project Planning - Develop schedules at start up phase of the project, coordinate with the project team to provide with the requisite supports for mobilisation, in preparing the initial budget
Project Coordination - Regular coordination with the project team during project execution phase in understanding the support requirements and liase with the team at HO to provide with the requisite support in terms of critical materials, manpower, machinery and funds for smooth functioning of the project.
Project Monitroing & Control -
1. Review the project budget for progress timelines, turnover targets, cash flow, resource requirements
2. Monthly review of Project financial MIS for profitability, actual costs against budget, cost underruns and overruns
3. Day to day interaction with the project team to monitor the work program, status of progress against budget, hurdles (if any), and coordinate with the service departments to ensure the timely service
4. Scheduling and managing key management reviews and top manaement reporting on project performance
