A) Planning and Project Monitoring:
Ø Preparation and updation of Detailed Project plan at functional level with Primavera and MS Project.
Ø Preparation of S-curve and planning package.
Ø Monitoring and reporting of project progress and status of milestones to Management and Client.
Ø Co - ordination and expediting of deliverables with project taskforce for timely delivery.
Ø MIS reporting of Project Progress, Sales, and Cash flow to the management.
B) Sales and Cash flow
Ø Preparation of detailed sales plan and expediting the sales.
Ø Preparation of cash flow, receivables and payments status with billing projections.
C) Project Costing and Billing:
Ø Preparation of Cost variance analysis reports.
Ø Updating and preparation of backups for Contract review reports.
Ø Preparation of Escalation report, for the balance portion of work.
Ø Involved in the preparation of billing schedule / breakup.
Ø Preparation of Monthly invoices towards work done and follow-ups with the client for payments.
D) Project Team Co-ordination:
Ø Organizing regular review meetings within project team.
Ø Coordinating and helping out the project team with Software packages such as Document Management systems, ERP etc.,
E) Procurement / Vendors / Sub-contractor’s management:
Ø Coordinating with Central Procurement Department for ordering of Bulk materials, Cement & Steel requirement
Ø Expediting the supply vendors / subcontractors for delivery.
Ø Coordinating with Inspection team / Third Party Inspectors for Material Inspection
Ø Expediting the Site contractor’s progress along with site team.
