PLANNING
- Preparing the Master Plans of all Projects Using Primavera Project Planner fully loaded with resources and generating cash flow reports mentioning the Critical path Method CPM as well as showing the early start, late start, early finish ,late finish and the total float.
- Planning and monitoringall Project activities such as Earth Works, Concrete Works, steel fixing Brick/Block Masonry, Concrete Works ,plaster etc with the help of Primavera using Target bars to show the Project Status lag/ahead in terms of days/Also monitoring with help of cash flow.
CONTRACT
- Assistance to Managing Director, General Manager and Project managers in Contract Management.
- Dealing with Consultant and Employer regarding Cost / Claims Issues and other Contractual Matters.
- Verification of Interim Payment Certificates (IPCs) and Escalation Payments (sent from site).
- Being a Contractor, defend our position in obligations imposed by the Consultant and Employer through General Conditions of Contract and Conditions of Particular Applications, Technical Specifications, Drawings, Appendices, Corrigendums and Amendments being a part of Contract Document.
- Preparation of Monthly Contract Briefs and Contract Administration Reports to be submitted to the Consultant and Employer.
- Responsible for Testing of all Construction material which mainly involves steel,concrete,brikcs,blocks,angle iron, steel plates nut bolts as per ASTM ,BS Standards.
- Preparing technical proposal for tendering and review all the tender documents i.e, Conditions of contract ,specifications and drawings and giving recommendations to the Managing director.
