Prepare monthly progress report and claim in respect with the agreed Progress Measurement Steps System including raising/claiming Variation Orders. Ensuring the proper control and evaluation of Subcontractor’s Monthly Progress Claim and applied Variation Orders guiding through the actual site developments and contents of the Contract.
Develop, execute and maintain project reporting procedures. Prepare and present narrative, various graphs, tables and numerical reports of the project. Verify and check the planning/scheduling performed by contractors, ensuring that it is aligned with the integrated planning/scheduling of the project. Ensure the tracking and proper/correct reporting of plans. Analyze and highlight the problem areas and propose solutions. Liaise with all disciplines within the project in order to perform timely and efficient planning, collecting the data and compiling general planning on a regular and ad-hoc basis. Maintain a reporting schedule for the site, ensuring that all data is submitted on time and in the required format.Compile reports based on the data collected for internal review and for further submission as so required.Ensure that all schedules prepared within the project and by site contractors are compliant with applied planning methodologies & procedures. Attending project meeting where control reports, project plans and schedule are being discussed.
