- Maintain and implement Project Controls activities; utilizing complex, work breakdown structures.
- Project coding structures for control, performance and integrity of the work as defined within the contract.
- Study scope of work, construction drawings, contractual documents and its updates in terms of construction methodologies in coordination with other disciplines, contractors, subcontractors prior to construction.
- Implements Project Controls activities within published procedures, execution plans, and business plans for the project.
- Develop, maintain and implement multiple levels of project schedules, inclusive of project level schedules utilizing state-of –the- art scheduling software and systems.
- Accumulate, compile and review accurate schedule status, progress, and performance data.
- Generate accurate weekly and monthly project status reports.
- Identify deviations from plan and make recommendations for corrective action to project management.
- Collect meaningful and accurate historical data.
- Set up the detailed schedule, material delivery schedule, resources, and cash flow and production histograms.
