Project Description:
EPCC Contract for the development of the heavy and light oil reservation in the North Azadegan field, Iran. Establish a production level of 150000 bbl/d, drilling new wells and construction of surface facilities.
Client: National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC), surface facilities Basic Designer: Mott McDonald (Canada) and China Petroleum Engineering Co. (CPE)
Responsibilities:
- Developing surface facility WBS and time schedule
- Providing WBS and progress measurement system for subcontractors
- Providing planning and project control related procedures
- Estimating and updating project budget

- Organizing subcontractors progress measurement, reporting and invoicing system
