May, 2011 - Reviewing and approving contractor’s work program submissions. Experience in both pre-
construction (design/tender stage) and construction stages. On-site background and good
experience in pre-construction stages. Plan and anticipate project demands in terms of
labor, materials, equipment and technical challenges; Develop project master program
& short term programs; Overseeing actual project progress versus the planned work
milestones using Primavera P6. Monitoring, adjusting and updating the cost plan and cash
flows accordingly and the consolidation of these results.
