Achievements
- Actual progress exceeded 60% after 9 months while desired planed progress was 52%
- Procurement never caused delay in construction because of prediction of it in activities and activity steps.
- The suggested sequence of construction of buildings in our program was dictated to other contractors performing similar project in other cities.
- Actual Returned Budget was equal to 60% of total cost while Time Progress was 50%.
