Job Profile:

·         Preparation and updating of resource loaded project schedules usingPrimavera

·         Review and monitoring of subcontractor schedules.

·         Resource histograms

.          Produce weekly/monthly progress reports, KPI’s, resource histograms, S-curves and look ahead schedules                                                                                                                                .         Preparation of Productivity Monitoring Reports

·         Weekly review of progress status with client.

·         Weekly internal review of project critical path, slippages, recovery measures with Project Manager and Construction Manager

·         Resource usage forecasts.
