- Coordination and managing of Scheduling Team (4 people in Paris + 2 in Egypt)
- Realization and monitoring of project planning (Primavera P3)
- Coordination / Supervision of Progress measurement tool set up (overall project, Fabrication at Subcontractor’s Yard)
- Following and Clarification of schedule for local fabrication scope (700 000 MHrs)
- Follow-up of Fabrication for Rigid Pipes, Flexibles, Umbilicals and subsea structures
- Follow-up of Temporary spoolbase set-up
