- Worked in multiple Power Plant Projects, Cement Projects and Other Electro Mechanical Works from the concept to the closing.
- Assisting in Preparation of Bid / Offer including budgeting
- Identifying the potential vendors / suppliers from the global market
- Interacting with Suppliers / Vendors in getting them the quotation
- Validating the offer or proposal submitted by the supplier / vendor
- Preparation and submission of Pre-qualification Documents as per the Customer requirement.
- Sending the RFQ (Request for Quotation) to the supplier and coordinating with them, if any clarification required.
- Preparation of Comparison Statement as per the Quotation received from different supplier.
- Preparation of Tender Submittal Documents including Technical and Commercial offer.
