Hi Experts,

To built a Refinery, ( regardless to Capacity)  how many Manhours required, for EPCM.

we built a gas plant capacity was 20 million cubic meter per day, we use , approximate 6 million manhours for EPCM.

Could any one share the , same information, for a gas based power & steam based power plant, a
