Worked in the first phase of Autostrada Transilvania 415 Km Highway P. Contractors BECHTEL-ENKA JV. For Corinthia Inv. Group, we completed Corinthia Nevkij Palace Hotel & Business Center Projects.
• Kept the tight schedule and successfully completed the construction before Mile Stones.
• Ensured and arranged the teams, sub-contractors, required equipments and materials for execution of the site activities.
• Monitored the construction status at the job site and interfaced with major contractors.
• Provided communication between subcontractors and interface management effectively at the job site.
• Collaborated with other departments to define their goals and objectives for cost savings.
• Generated risk register to calculate contingency on the schedule and project costs by creating qualitative and quantitative risk analysis.
• Performed cost management including budget, contingency, commitments, actuals/accruals, change management, and forecasting. Supported safety department to ensure safety rules at the site by participating weekly safety walkdown.
• Performed schedule development, schedule integration, baseline update / maintenance, and schedule analysis.
• Prepared and updated Level III schedule layout with Primavera, submitted weekly and monthly to consultant.
• Responible for calculating Earned Value ( EV ), Cost Performance Index ( CPI ) and Schedule Performance Index ( SPI ), interpreting results of project performance and reporting to Project Manager.
• Developing different budget scenarios in the context of risk assesments and presenting them to Project Controls Manager. • Participated in procurement and negotiations of contracts. Reported project status to executive team, internal departments.
