Completed Al Gardabia&Grand Al Gardabia Pump Stations projects within the context of Great Man Made River Project as joint venture in Sirte, Libya. Erected steel structure pump house and audited manufacturing of steel structure process. Managed subcontract process and installed surge vessels, inlet and outlet manifolds, diesel tanks, small / large piping, and KSB horizontal split casing pumps that has been produced by various mechanical subcontractors and provided them interface management for integratation of entire systems. Completed PS1 & PS2 Pump Stations projects and pipeline project having biggest diameter steel between two pump stations in Abu Ziyyan, Libya. Besides, and achieved access road project between relevant pump stations as a separate contract at the same location.
• Developed and negotiated project controls’ contractual requirements with vendor companies.
• Development of contract documents, analyze contract general terms and conditions to highlight areas of risk such as ambiguities, conflicts or deviations from the scope of work, make recommendations to the Management on the mitigation of these risks.
• Contributed to contract department for preparing subcontract’s aggreements for major subcontractors such as MAN, SIEMENS, KSB, MANNESMANN etc,.
• Monitored contract correspondence and provided appropriate input to protect our company against potential claims, management of claims avoidance activities, coordination of contract execution.
• Ensured and arranged the teams, sub-contractors, required equipments and materials for fabrication and erection works
• Analyze contract general terms and conditions to highlight areas of risk such as ambiguities, conflicts or deviations from the scope of work, make recommendations to the Management on the mitigation of these risks.
• Provided interpersonel communication between subcontractor’s superintentant effectively. Correspondences with consultant & client.
• Preparation & submission of PIC (Payment Interim Certificates) to the Client, preparation of Major Subcontractor PIC.
• Prepared and updated Level III schedule layout with MS Project and Primavera, submitted weekly and monthly to consultant. • Loading project resources ( labor, equipment, and material ) to Primavera and creating project baseline schedule, manpower, cash flow, and project budget.
