Set up Baseline schedules for new projects or schedules for Tenders
Perform project control and progress monitoring for the project
Liaise with project team and client’s project representative to establish the Schedule based on key dates as specified in the contract.
Monitor the project schedule and highlight any critical activity needs particular attention. Discuss with project team to identify mitigating measures.
Planning resources (machinery & manpower), material & financial progress.
Conduct weekly presentation of site progress to client, preparing weekly & monthly report, conduct weekly subcontractor & monthly production meeting.
