Establishing effective Project Controls – including systems, processes, procedures and approvals for project based scheduling, document and cost control;
Developing project schedules, utilising Primavera Project Manager Version 5;
Monitoring, progressing and reporting project status to key stakeholders;
Developing detailed project documentation – utilising existing templates, processes and procedures or where necessary creating appropriately structured documents for quality control and tracking of project internal workings together with outputs and deliverables;
Key Stakeholder identification – defining organisational and project structures including roles, responsibilities and levels of authorisation / approval and delegation;
Extensive stakeholder and client liaison at all levels from external service providers, project team members to Project Managers, senior executives and board members.
