- Preparing Project Milestone summary schedule, Preparing & issuing 4 – week look ahead schedule.
- Preparation & updating detailed Primavera Schedule, Functional Schedule (showing detail manpower loading every month and scheduled progress) and S-curve.
- Monthly Activity Lists - Preparing, discussing & finalizing with Engg. Disciplines and issuing, Preparation of Procurement Status Report.
- Coordinating & taking Lead in Drawing & Document Schedule (DDS) update, Progress Calculation, Progress Reporting and Status of Deliverables.
- Analysis of Progress/Status, providing feedback with suggested corrective actions to Project Team & Project Control.
- Vendor Data Tracking & Procurement Activity List - Coordinating with all concerned for input & issuing.
- Updating Project Manpower Loading Charts, based on current status/balance activities/productivity.
- Assisting Discipline in Micro-planning of their activities, as needed.
- Providing Project Manager with inputs/reports & participating in Project Review Meetings.
