Current Role

The Highways Agency is widening approximately 102 kl of M25 by adding a lane in each direction to make generally a 4 –lane Motorway. The widening undertaken between J16 (M40) to 23 (A1(M)), by Skanska Balfour Beatty Joint venture.

 M25 J16 to 18

 

  • Prepare submission programme for Highways agency, followed by detailed construction programme to include resources, cost and quantities of individual activity.

  • Prepare KPI’s for major works to include Concrete, Drainage, Excavation & Fill maters, Drainage, etc. and draw histogram for individuals, update and report weekly progress.

  • Prepare and submit weekly update and progress report, to include, Weekly activity counts, KPI’s, as well as Time location programme, and sent report to Planning  manager.
