2) Worked on Five Bridge / Under Pass Projects for Dammam City (Contract Value 620 Million SAR).
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and formulate Baseline Level IV Contract Master Schedule which includes contractual milestones, mobilization, technical/material submittals, shop drawings, procurement and detailed construction activities, in Primavera Project Planner (Version 6 / Release 6).
- Prepare detailed Manpower / Equipment Plans (Crew Wise) through proper booking of man-hours & machine hours based on assumed production rates, in the software Primavera.
- Prepare, analyze and identify CRITICAL activities of the project and inform project team about these activities so that work in advance can be done in order to avoid any delays.
- Participate in preparation of monthly cash flow based on Project Schedule and contractual cost.
- Prepare, Update and forecast Technical Submittals which needs consultant/Owner approvals and informs site management for timely submission in order to avoid any delays.
- Update Contract Master Schedule on weekly basis and calculate planned VS Actual progress through Primavera.
- Prepare & generate Weekly Delay Activities Report through Software Primavera and submit it for management review which helps them to take corrective measures against these delays.
- Prepare 4 Week Look Ahead Schedule with site superintendents support and monitor it on daily basis.
- Prepare and generate Technical Queries (TQs') Log for design or field changes and its effect on contract schedule and inform Project Manager on such issues.
- Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports for Client submission.
- Prepare Pareto Chart for delayed activities and show to management the major delay impacts of the schedule.
- Prepare Cost Wise Progress S Curve of the Project showing planned VS actual percentages.
- Prepare S Curves (Weekly & Cumulative) for major site activities showing planned Vs Actual quantities.
- Provide schedule and progress inputs to variation analysis.
- Provide forecasts of project milestones and key target dates.
- Support Site Management in carrying out day to-day activities related to planning.
- Identify trends, deviations and identify problem areas.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager for construction schedule, resource requirements, procurement and subcontracting issues.
- Attend Weekly Progress Meetings in order to discuss progress, delays and critical areas which needs client attention.
