Duties &Responsibilities Responsible for Supervision , Co-operation for Preparing of Planning and following up Progress of Construction and Finishing for all The Riyadh Power Plant ( PP 10 )2000 MWof Saudi Electricity Company, KSA (SECCO) Project. 36 GE 7 EA Frame Gas Turbines ( 2000 MW ), 6 Treated crude oil storage tanks of 6 x 50,000 m³ storage capacity, 2 Untreated crude oil storage tanks of 2 x 30,000 m³ storage capacity, 2 Diesel oil storage tanks of 2 x 4000 m³ storage capacity, Additional Technical and Non-Technical Buildings [ Value of US $ 2,990 MN ]. * Provide Project Planning & Scheduling expertise and update of the activities,logic, resources and progress of the approved integrated project schedule against the baseline in accordance with Planning & Scheduling Guidelines. * Closelyworkwithsub-contractorplannerstoensurealignmentofCorporatePlanning& Costcontrol reporting & requirements. * Establish Target, Milestones, WBS, Estimates, Develop Budget Item Cost breakdown, Issue Appropriation for Expenditure and approvals, Communicate, Get approval / Implement the Schedules, Establish database for future. * Monitor & record the Progress and changes, Contract close out activities and Generate required progress Reports at all levels.
* Assist Project Services Manager to develop and set up Project Management Key PerformanceIndicators (KPIs)to measure the performance of the team. * Assist in defining Resource requirements to execute the Program build. * Assesstheimpactofapprovedchangesandanydeviationsfromthekeyprojecttargets andmilestones. *Developeffectiveprojectcontrolsystemtotrack/monitorprogressaswellasexpenditure performance for project teams. | ||
