Summary of my responsibilities are:
- Construct and manage detailed planning schedules, utilizing Primavera or Microsoft Project software, that represent activities required to successfully deliver key project / scheme milestones;
- Ensure all plans are fully logic linked and actually represent the correct sequence of events, as well as developing recovery programmesand contingency plans in order to meet changed objectives;
- Cost & resource load schedules and ensure they reflect accurate project phasing;
- Maintain regular progress reviews and updates, with the appropriate project (s) stakeholders to ensure robust tracking of key activities and milestones. Highlight key milestones and critical path issues to the team;
- Production of S- curves and Histograms for monitoring progress and reporting of deviations from plan;
- Reporting in accordance with client requirements and advice on corrective action to recover deviations from plan, as appropriate;
- Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly gateway planning / progress reports. Measure and report against key performance indicators (KPI’s);
- Monitor and audit contractor’s plans;
- Attend weekly, monthly and quarterly review meetings with project team / client to discuss long, medium and short term plans and progress.
