Developing / Updating / Monitoring of Engineering – Procurement - Construction plan for EPC projects.
Project Monitoring with the help of Functional Schedule , Drawing and Document Schedule, ‘S’ curves , Progress Reports, Activity list ,Variance report, Procurement Status Reports, Productivity analysis reports, Manpower Projection, Manhour Summary report.
Prepare Chart of Accounts (COA), Project Invoice, Cash Flow, Budgeting, Resource Histograms etc from Estimating metrics.
Prepare and update Change Management and Risk Registers. And Monitor the status of risks and contingency.
Develops the WBS and Cost coding structure for control and requirements as defined by the contract, the execution plan and estimating metrics.
Review project schedules and control procedures submitted by consultants and contractors. develop project specific progress measurement system and monitoring of project progress in respective area, discipline, unit etc. using primavera project planner and a compatible database (excel or access).
Develop programs in Access for Progress measurement, Time tracking, Resource planning, Daily Reports etc.
Analyzes cost and schedule data to identify trends and potential problem areas.
Coordination and interfacing with client for project execution in terms of cost and schedule.
Prepare weekly look ahead schedule, activity reports, weekly Construction S-curves, manpower histograms etc as per client requirement.
Prepare Monthly Project Review and Project Status Report for the top management.
Deal with Client, Consultant, Vendors and Sub-contractors.
Prepare & Maintain Contract Change Request Log(CCR log) to expedite scope changes to original contract.
Preparation of Staffing Plans and tracking of man hours on the project.
Preparation of Bid Schedule for proposals.
Setting up Project Control plan and procedures for the entire EPC job.
