Role : Lead Specialist,Planning/Scheduling reporting to Senior Project Controls Manager
Duties:
- Provide project controls support to on-site operations teams, in particular with regards schedule / programme.
- Liaise with on-site PM, operations teams, appointed suppliers and sub-contractors.
- Liaise with Dubai support office team with regards procurement, cost control and reporting.
- Develop project schedule and pursue contractual approval in conjunction with site PM.
- Load project schedule with cost / revenue to enable earned value reporting and invoicing.
- Source weekly progress update via site PM and operations team. Update schedule, review and internal reporting relative to completion objectives.
- Prepare monthly progress status reports and invoicing for contractual submission.
- Review and assess project schedule impact associated with proposed and instructed changes. Implement project schedule update accordingly.
