In the last 9 years, I had the opportunity to hold a position as a Planning/Project Controls Engineer in one of the largestorganizations in KSA “Saudi Binladin Group”, and grew in this position until took the chance in March, 2014 when assigned as aProject Controls Manager in one of the company’s projects, which are a multi-billion dollars design & built mega-projectscharacterized by its functions diversity.
In the first 4 years of my career,I had worked in a different positions, starting from quantity surveyor and passing through Site Supervision, Scheduling, Site Engineer, procurement Engineer, and then Planning Manager for a construction of a resort in ALQUSAIR-EGYPT (Turn-key Project) which gave me an extensive experience and knowledge in most of the construction & project management activities during the projects life cycle.
Specializedin Project Controls, Construction Management, and Project Management with the ability to establish and maintain planning systems, contract management systems, project management related policies, procedures & frameworks, communication plans, and projects master plan/ schedules along with cost breakdown structure, cost accounting, cost loading, and cash flow, also to monitor and control project performance, and support the project manager and top management with the recommended corrective/preventive actions.
