- Design Development of the following projects:
- Project Name “Xylem” – an Energy Efficient (LEED Gold category) IT Park in Whitefield, Bangalore
- Project Name “Casa De Regalo” - Premium High-end tropical Villas (30 Nos.) in Panaji, Goa, (for which the undersigned was also the in-charge for execution)
- Project Name “Aquila Heights”- High-rise (Thirty Two floors) residential project (approx. 6,50,000 Sq.Ft of Built-up area) in HMT Layout, Bangalore.
- On site execution of the following projects:
- Project Name “Glendale”- Three years of experience in completing two residential towers in Phase 3&4, totaling 1,00,000 Sq.Ft in Thane (W)
- Project Name “Technopolis Knowledge Park”– Execution of Phase 3, which was an extension (50,000 Sq.Ft) of the IT Park in Andheri (E), Mumbai
Other job functions included obtaining statutory approvals for the projects, implementation ofISO 9001-2000, project feasibility studies across the country, process standardization for engineering group, tendering/costing, planning/scheduling etc
