Task/Responsibilities:
* Promote the planning ethos
* Recruit, retain, train and support planners
* Promote and improve Planning Standards at regional and project level
* Presentation of planning and programming to internal & external parties
* Manage and follow up the duties and performance of the planning team
Prepare preliminary planning schedule for projects at pre-tender stage
* Responsible for master CPM schedules and logic network
* Set meeting procedures and attend kick-off, progress and other project
meeting
* Prepare budget planning & control for projects with coordination with
estimation manager and project managers
* Follow up work progress for projects based on data obtained projects
managers & site engineers
* Help project managers in setting site preparation program to start work
* Prepare Organization Charts
* Prepare monthly, weekly and daily reports with all illustration charts
* Prepare schedule of material in tables indicating specifications, sources and
when should be available
* Prepare project progress S-Curve
* Prepare project cash flow curve
* Prepare and update database system for all projects
