July, 1997 I was assigned as Planning Engineer in the Project Control Department at the Saipem Corporate Headquarters in San Donato, Milan. I was tasked to help in the development of Planning Procedures and Construction Schedule of the Soku Gas Plant for Shell Nigeria and the Offshore Pipeline, Berths Installation in Jamnagar, India for Bechtel/Reliance Petroleum Ltd.
I also prepared Construction Schedule for Bid Proposal of Texaco Exploration Myanmar Inc. 30” Pipeline & Valve Station Installation and the Water Pipeline System of Venezuela.
