- Developed, monitored and supervised the project schedule using Primavera Project Planner and/or MS Project software.
- Made daily field visits to monitor the construction progress.
- Evaluated project performance on a regular basis by preparing and generating multiple performance reports using Primavera Project Planner, MS Project and MS Excel to ensure that the standards specified in the planning stage are being met and that the schedules used by the Project team members are updated and accurate.
- Brought any delay or backlog in any activity to the notice of Project Manager (PM) by assisting him/her on planning and contractual issues.
- Held meetings with managers, subcontractors and other team members for the purposes of satisfaction and
- timely completion of construction schedules.
- Reviewed and evaluated subcontractors’ construction methods and procedures based on the project specification and to other known standards depending on the submission of a proposed method or procedure.
- Carried out man hour, cost and change order reports.
- Controlled bank transactions, accounts payables & receivables through IFS (Integrated Financial System, database & Analysis program)
- Assisted on preparation of Internal Reports such as 3 months projected Cash Flow, Cost & Commitment report, purchases in activities report which has the process of identification, measurement, analysis used by management to plan, evaluate and control.
- Coordinated procurement efforts by developing material purchase order logs and related material shipment schedule reports.
- Organized and managed various submittals to the client such as project drawings, execution plans and material related items.
