Projects: Nikaitchuq (North Slope, Alaska), Longhorn (Deep Water, Gulf of Mexico) and several subsea tie-back projects.
Roles and Responsibilities: Managing Cost and Schedule for $3 billion portfolio of Oil & Gas projects in multiple locations. Experienced in Arctic environment (ultra shallow water and Tundra), GOM Deep water Subsea works, Modular design/Fabrication/Installation, Topsides Fabrication, Offshore Construction, Shut down and Commissioning/Startup. I use creative techniques to avoid cost and schedule over-runs.
