Managing subcontractor’s execution for project completion
Current subcontractor: Mechanical Piperacks – Fabrication, Logistics, & Construction
•Assisted in the development and maintenance of integrated schedules which included, detail design, procurement, construction and commissioning stages.
•Use project cost estimates to resource load project schedules and gain alignment with estimated scope of work.
•Weekly travels to the fabrication yard to oversee and monitor progress and help in organizing logistics for timely delivery and installation on site.
•Extensive use of Microsoft Office to provide useful graphs, charts, and presentations to help monitor progress, cost, scope growth, and changes.
•Responsible for evaluating payment and contract analysis associated with claims and monthly submittals.
