Conceptualize Budget, Phasing, Establish Costing codes, and Integrate Cost Breakdown structure and carry out Comparison studies for Cost and Revenue Reports. Evaluate/Review cost and time impacts of variations due to FEED documents/Site conditions/work front discrepancies. |
Responsible to Monitor/review and in setup and apply Project Control for the project proceedings vide Manpower histograms, Equipment histograms, Progress S‐curve. Recommend/Review Manpower, Equipment, Material take off Schedules as per the Baseline/ Recovery/ Revised Schedule. Advise on Critical activities /area of concern /trends of potential problems and their impact on schedule accomplishment Work forecasting, Review interdependencies and preparation of rolling action plans Change order control for issues pertaining to cost and time impacted deviations of the project. Highly conversant with activities involved with – Plant Piping, Tanks, Vessels, Rotating equipment, Tie‐ins, Short and long term Shutdowns. Work on Integrated Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation and Marine works. To achieve Variations, Claims/ arbitrations of completed projects and also to defend from sub/contractors.
