Here is yet another one that is doing my nut in!
I have 8 days planned for an activity. The reality is that it has taken 10 days and we are only 50% complete. Now, when we reschedule the programme, there are 4 days left (50% of 8)to complete, but the ’actual duration’ still shows 4 days complete, not 10!!!!
Got me stumped, anyone know of a way to show the actual duration, not the mathmatical duration of % complete???
