Import keeping existing codes

I need to import a contractor’s schedule updating the existing one which has been assigned activity codes that need to be maintained.

I can’t seem to find the correct import options to do that. I have tried "Keep Existing" & "Do Not Import" for Activity Codes and Code Values but still all the existing codes values are deleted.

Any suggestions?
