Creating Targets in Project

hello all,
any help would be very much appreciated,, i am currently quite proficient with Primavera Version 3,, i have very recenetly moved over to MS Project,, could any one give me a very quick heads up on how to create Targets, or what Project calls Targets so i can use the Help Function in MS Project.
