s-curve microsoft project

I need an effort-based forecasting. I don’t want to use MH or Cost. I just have the activities, baseline start-date, baseline end-date, actual start-date,
actual end-date, % work completed. I want to be able to draw s-curve using these information for a specific date.

Does anyone know how I can accomplish this.
