Network Diagram

Hi All
I am a newbie in planning. I have developed a WBS and activity codes for my project. Based on these parameters I have lited down some 600 activities for my schedule. Now, I want to define a network diagram. But, I feel a lot of problems linking activities. I just lost my tracks while linking those activities. Any suggestions or tips and tricks would be highly appreciated.
