Job Opportunities for 2 yrs exp. in UK

hi guys ,

i have +2 yrs exp. as a planning engg.

i have seen lot of vaccancies in PP & some other comany job sites for junior planning engg having 2-5 yrs exp.

what are the chances of getting a job through it .

how the interviews are held .
