P3 report for last update

Hi all,

Can you tell me please where I can find on P3 the report that shows the last inputs of a Planner on an updated schedule. This report is usually used by the Consultant’s planner to track and identify all inputs, modifications, deletions and changes made by the Contractor’s Planner on a certain updated schedule.
