I have good experience in technical support industry (hardware, networking and some banking applications). And now i know completely how the tools like siebel, remedy are being used effectively in MNC’s for their workflow and I am really interested in implementing the process flow of support industry through programming the same, can i learn any of the SAP modules and enter the field of SAP?
