Dear Planners,
Will "Total Project Control" become the new standard? What kind of effect will this have on the quality/knowledge and flexibility of the Planning Engineer? Already planning engineers are expected to be almost control wizards (looking further then planning and scheduling) on all (administrative) project disciplines such as cost, doc control,(sub-)contracting and scope control. What kind of software will be used?
I am interrested in your opinion,
Thanks,
