Schedule and Cost Assurance & Controls – Provided cost estimate and schedule assurance reviews and controls analysis on initial targets and forecasts; developed controls plans for projects and programs and provided assurance of plans developed by others.

Risk Management – Conducted risk workshops and cost and schedule risk analysis on over 150 projects, varying in size from less than $10M to over $10B, in various locations around the world, in various industries, including oil & gas, alternative energy, power, manufacturing, commercial buildings, transportation, and pharmaceutical. Analysis included estimate and schedule reviews, determining key risk drivers, and potential variability in project outcomes.

Dispute Resolution – Evaluated claims and help prepare claims for clients in various industries for cost and schedule impacts, including preparation of expert reports and testimony in arbitration.
