LESSONS LEARNED FROM IMPLEMENTING GLOBAL PROJECT CONTROLS FOR 30 YEARS

Webinar

A conversation with Richard van Tricht: Lessons learned from implementing global Project Controls for 30 years

Join us at this webcast on February 23 as we discuss the best practices in Project Controls.

Why project controllers and boards need to understand the growing integrated project controls landscape, how to best streamline processes for it, and who should be involved.

As a Shell accredited Project Services Manager and a Technical Authority in all PSM disciplines, Richard van Tricht has managed hundreds of complex projects. From his point of serving the entire spectrum of project cost management for the last 30 years, Richard has seen firsthand how challenging it can get for people, processes, and tools to work together. Without the right digital integrations, projects can fail over and over again to meet the growing needs of today.

In this webcast, Richard will speak about his project controls experience and vision with Elmer Sachteleben, a Senior Cost Engineer CCE who leads Cost Engineering Academy.

Join this conversation with Richard and Elmer to explore -

  • A strategic vision for project controls
  • Lessons learned during the years spent at the major owner and EPC companies
  • The impact of data, tools, people, and processes on project success
  • The best practices adopted and the ways of working in the digital era
  • Case: A recent offshore monotower investment
  • The reasons to join Cleopatra Enterprise
