Our colleagues at the Guild of Project Controls have asked us to communicate with you to see which of you would be interested in contributing to the finalisation of the Cost Management Standards of Practice for the Guild.

The associated standards for Planning & Scheduling and Forensic Analysis are largely complete and we understand that the teams are having a final push on the cost-side of the career path matrix.
