Abstract:

Companies often want to see their costs in P6 for cash flow and Earned Value purposes.   There are advantages and disadvantages in using either Resources and / or Expenses for cost management in P6.

The purpose of this presentation is to demonstrate the Use of Expenses and Excel for the cost management of Projects at WBS Level.
