I need help for project update,
I have a master schedule of 1350 activities with only task's (no resources and cost) I have saved baseline and inserted column
of Baseline duration and baseline start and finish, and also inserted actual duration and actual start and finish columns and
%age complete for tracking, I m updating actual data like %age complete inserting in activities and start date and finish date as per actual progress. I have also inserted column of start and finish for future progress (to see as planned start and finish) also overall project.
My question is that I have inserted progress in actuals column but in start and finish column (for Future start and finish according ot actual) is same also those activities which dates have been passed and start and finish columns like freezed.
