Website Upgrade Incoming - we're working on a new look (and speed!) standby while we deliver the project

Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Are delays inevitable on a project? Recond to be the 2nd most cause of project failure (after communication) do you have a process for identifying them, tracking them, mitigating them, avoiding them long before they affect your project.Do you have an attitude that retrospective delay analysis and the claims industry will sort it out in the bun fight after you've handed over the project late. Well I've put together best practices from working on projects for 40 years to try and identify a better process. Nobody else in the claims industry will do it as it's not in their commercial interest. If you want a copy and want to contribute to best practice reply with your email address.
