Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

I have come across a problem today when re-baselining one of my plans, after re-baseling,activities that are in progress and have a remaining duration

example - 60% complete to time now
40% remaining

what is happening is that there are 256hrs remaining to end completion date 3months from time now, the baseline has calculated that 40/100x256/3months this is only given me approx 50% of the remaining resource hours and makes my forecast all out of sink

if someone has come across this, please help (-:

all my baseline data up to timenow is perfect
